By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the Site.

1. About Arrista

Arrista is an independent Indian clothing label focused on natural textiles such as linen and hemp, naturally dyed fabrics, and ethically made garments. Our registered business address is 5/2 Rani Sati Gate, Y.N. Road, Indore 452003, Madhya Pradesh, India.

2. Eligibility

By using the Site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, or are using the Site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian, and that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.

3. Products and Pricing

• All products displayed on the Site are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.
• Prices displayed on the Site are in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Shipping charges are additional and calculated at checkout.
• Many of our products are naturally dyed and handcrafted in small runs. Slight variations in colour, texture, and finish between the product images and the item you receive are natural characteristics of these processes and are not considered defects.
• We make reasonable efforts to display product colours and details accurately, but actual colours may vary slightly depending on your device's display settings.
• We reserve the right to correct any pricing or product errors on the Site, even after an order has been placed, and will inform you before processing the order in such cases.

4. Order Acceptance and Cancellation

• Placing an order on the Site is an offer to purchase, which we may accept or decline at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock unavailability.
• You may request cancellation of an order by writing to orders@labelarrista.com before the order has been dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled, but may be eligible for exchange in accordance with our Return & Exchange Policy.

5. Payment

Payments on the Site are processed through secure third-party payment gateways. By placing an order, you confirm that the payment information you provide is accurate and that you are authorised to use the chosen payment method.

7. Exchanges, Returns, and Refunds

Our exchange and return terms, including the fact that we do not offer monetary refunds and instead issue store credit, are set out in our Return & Exchange Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

All content on the Site, including but not limited to the Arrista name and logo, product photography, text, graphics, and design, is the property of Arrista and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or otherwise use any content from the Site without our prior written permission.

9. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, our systems, or other users' accounts
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Site
• Use any automated means to access or scrape the Site without our permission
• Submit false, fraudulent, or misleading information when placing an order

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Arrista shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site or your purchase of any product, including but not limited to loss of use, data, or profits. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant product.

You agree to indemnify and hold Arrista, its owners, employees, and partners harmless from any claims, losses, damages, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Indore, Madhya Pradesh.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Changes will take effect once posted on the Site, and your continued use of the Site after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
